urltoys is a lovely little machine for batch downloading and prior querying of websites to make the batchlists.

i would just do it.. but there are issues with gentoo/perl right now.

cpan -i WWW::URLToys

worked for me. If something requires this as a dependancy this can be reopened an we'll try for an ebuild.

For the perl policy:

while that is really cool and all, i used to be able to use this with a simple "urltoys" in a terminal. now i have no idea how to get it started. maybe i don't really have much experience with perl and cpan and all that. maybe i shouldn't have to.

You need to download the urltoys modular script from the project's homepage and put it somewhere in your $PATH.
