That's actually the case for all the emul-linux-x86 packages, that don't bring any files with them when abi_x86_32 is enabled. Their dependencies should resolve all their dependencies by themselves. No extra dependency in the emul-linux-x86 ebuild needed. This will also help discover possible dependency problems for all packages supporting abi_x86_32.

Current dependencies are done on purpose to mimic files installed when the USE flag is disabled in the transition period. Once all packages are migrated, this emul-linux ebuild will die completely
