Problems to Gentoo Hosted Projects->RecruitingWebApp are assigned to jbartosik@gentoo.org and CC betelgeuse@gentoo.org

Could you change that so the assignee to be isaiah@gentoo.org and default CC to be recruiters@gentoo.org

If anyone else (jbartosik?) wants to be in the default CC please speak now.

I put recruiting@gentoo.org alias as default assignee (as we discussed to do in summer), and recruiters@gentoo.org in default CC
