bespin-9999.ebuild

http://cloudcity.sourceforge.net/download.php bespin is a highly configurable kde style and window decoration.
This ebuild is based on the in tree versions but uses the svn source , live-ebuild.

We currently maintain this in KDE overlay, since we prefer to avoid live ebuilds in portage.
