build logs

I have attached build logs for 9.07 and 9.10. This may be present in other versions too, I don't know because I couldn't try it (cups-filters dep).

I extracted the patches archive using cpio -ivd -H tar. It extracted fine and now GS 9.10 has been installed successfully.

Attaching the new tar archive and the ebuild (updated manifest).

gcc 4.8 + O3 + i5-4670 on app-arch/tar isn't okay. Found out in a recent IRC discussion while debugging this issue for another ebuild.
