klipper hangs and causes keyboard to be not pressable and mouse to be not clickable (cursor moves though). Got to wait a bit to get them work. Then the kde window popups with "klipper hands" information and "yes" "no" This bug was in 3.1.x and still in 3.2.2 I think it is not related to gentoo only. After doing some testings my problem went away. Why? Follow that link and you will understand.
"Nice" bug. Adding the Klipper applet a few times to kicker is "nice" too, btw.. Nothing we can do about. Hopefully it gets fixed asap.
