As described in bug#489644, fish-2.1.0 needs a patch for certain commands to work as expected. For example the command "help" now requires an internet-connection to reach the help-pages located in /usr/share/doc/fish-2.1.0/

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =app-shells/fish-2.1.0
2. fish
3. help
Actual Results:  
You get to the webpage where a copy of the documentation is hosted.

Please be so kind and attach the patch to this bug as well. If Jeff isn't reacting soon I gonna add the patch with a revbump.

This patch needs to be applied before "eautoreconf" in the src_prepare() step.
