Trying to emerge --config www-apps/redmine-2.3.2 (or 2.3.1) result in the following error:

You don't have tzinfo installed in your application. Please add it to your Gemfile and run bundle install rake aborted!

Downgrading to dev-ruby/tzinfo-0.3.35 will let the config succeed.

Thank you for report. I'm unable reproduce this issue with dev-ruby/tzinfo-0.3.37 and redmine-2.4.2, so I think this issue was fixed there. Please, try redmine 2.4.2 and report back if you have any problems.
