Found at a visible location, the main g.o webpage needs a support link that links to a page that details how to find support through our mailinglists, forums, IRC, etc. Not many users know to immediately go to the mailing list or IRC links (they may not know that both are there for support), and if they saw "support" they would at least know where to start.

Kurt, if you would agree on this matter (I wouldn't mind at all), may I add a link "Support" to the stylesheet and put http://dev.gentoo.org/~swift/support.html online?

Another possibility is to add this to our Gentoo FAQ and link to this particular section.
