tmux-mem-cpu-load provides a new version at https://github.com/thewtex/tmux-mem-cpu-load/releases which replaces the previously used version 2.1.0

Besides a new version the provided ebuild also uses the new github scheme for release downloads.

(There's also a version in the vaca overlay available for comparison)

In contrast to the vaca overlay, the provided ebuild probably supports version-9999. Also the vaca ebuild does not use the new github URL scheme, there will be a lot of 301 responses.

Besides that, both versions produce a comparable tmux-mem-cpu-load. Is there anything else I can do to help it get into the tree?

Version bumped. Also added live ebuild and migrated to git-2.
