Building vlc 2.1.0 fails for me with the following configure error:

configure: error: Requested 'gnutls >= 3.0.20' but version of GnuTLS is 2.12.23

So i guess it's missing a dependency on the correct gnutls version.

Indeed, I've adapted all the new version restrictions from configure.ac.
