The ispell-3.2.06-r2.ebuild failed when attempting to download the ispell-
3.2.06-gentoo.diff.bz2 file. It fails because the source URI is trying to 
contact "www.ibibilio.org" instead of "www.ibiblio.org". I changed the URI in 
the ebuild (my patch is attached) and it was able download the file. However, 
it then said the MD5 hash failed to match... so I was still unable to to merge 
the package.

SRC_URI has been fixed in -r3, and the new patch should hit ibiblio soon, so you
will be able to emerge that.  Sorry for the inconvenience -- it was a hard to
track gcc-3 sandbox violation issue :/
