As is visible if, for example, a blog post from planet.gentoo.org contains an ampersand(&), it is printed as it's HTML identity (&amp;) instead of as the proper character.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit www.gentoo.org
2. see &amp; in blog titles
