x11-libs/libX11-1.6.2 should have USE=abi_x86_32.

USE=abi_x86_32 present in x11-libs/libX11-1.5.0-r1, but it dropped in stable version x11-libs/libX11-1.6.2.

Sou now I can't upgrade my system.

As you may well see, the useflag is still present.
It's simply (for the time being) still masked in stable.
See 'man portage'.

Oh, really! Thank you! "equery u =x11-libs/libX11-1.6.2" just kidding me :(

Anyway, this is solved my problem:

echo "-abi_x86_32" >> /etc/portage/profile/use.mask

It wasn't - it just sometimes hard to tell if the useflag was removed or masked.
