I get the following error on the first (only first!) login via ssh. There is no such problem on desktops, only on servers.

Note, that I'm aware of bug 485470 and it's fixed on this system.

The fact that the error shown only once is expected - user@1000.service starts once (on the first login) and live forever.

Is this a regression over -r1?

No. Same error messages with -r1.
