When trying to emerge webapp-config-1.2 and webapp-config-1.4 it fails to find the file.

Checking the ebuild the mirrors link is wrong.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge webapp-config
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Lots of failed downloads
...
!!! Couldn't download webapp-config-1.4.tar.bz2. Aborting.

Expected Results:  
downloaded file!

Diff file for the change which fixes it

This diff changes the SRC_URI to not have webapp-config in it as distfile
mirror is a flat folder.
