added support for kernel 2.6 , fix in the way it reads /proc/stat,/proc/meminfo and added /proc/vmstat.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.run program ?
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
the mem swap and page io/swap io dosent display.

Expected Results:  
it should run in 2.6 as in 2.4

tested on n SMP x86 machine

patch does not work for me: it does not display swap usage, and memory usage is reported incorrectly. I could use a patch of my own that I wrote long ago, only thing it also substitutes system load with cpu usage. Is this OK for you?
