most of the widgets added will not show iconn nor function. they show a red X with an error about python scriptengine. i solved this problem by installing packages: dev-python/PyQt4 and kde-base/pykde4. Reboot and then the widgets appeared and functioned properly

Added @kdebase as a dep for the plasma-active set. Should be sufficient.
