Had this in my tree forever, fixes a problem with bashdb unable to find it's parts.

Reproducible: Always

I guess I should provide some more information/evidence about this but to be completely honest, I can't quite remember and have no easy way to test it.  IIRC, however, bashdb simply doesn't work without this on prefix (unless bashdb is also installed on the PREFIX=/ host), and "simply does work" with it.

If anyone with a bashdb having a problem on prefix gives this a try and it works for you, a comment to this bug stating that it helped you with your problem (and, I suppose, exactly what that problem was) would be helpful!

this is odd, because _Dbg_bashdb_main isn't used if _Dbg_libdir exists, and it seems to be set to a prefix path

Is my issue related to this bug or should I refile it as a separate bug?
