json-tools-0.3.2.ebuild

Adding an ebuild for the Python json_tools package. A library and CLI which is useful for generating JSON diffs and patching json files from those diffs. The diffs use the format defined here: http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6902

Currently it is not Python3 compatible, but the unit tests pass on python2_6 and python2_7

Please leave the third line of the header (found in /usr/portage/header.txt) intact in the future; other than that, it looks good from a first review.

This package has no maintainer so this bug may go unnoticed for a long time.
Gentoo has a dedicated team[1] for assisting users in maintaining orphaned
