sci-libs/gsl-1.15.ebuild will pull eselect-cblas during emerge, which prevent it from installing on machines with newer sci-libs/lapack-reference and/or sci-libs/blas-reference.

In this patch, most of the eselect-cblas related lines are committed out.

Please use newer gsl like 1.16. Mixing old and new numeric lib stuff doesn't work.
