Description Steve Milo 2004-04-22 14:40:45 UTC
I'm not sure why on this green planet you guys omitted the 'vi' editor. Please include it in all future installtion CD distributions.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Type vi at the command prompt when doing a new install.

Actual Results:
I recieve an error that says command not found.

Expected Results:
Expected to be put into a vi editing window.

Why on earth would you not include the granddaddy of all *nix editors is beyond me.

From 2004.0 on, vim is included on the livecds (at least on the x86-Platform)

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
