Fix dev-qt/qtphonon to allow kde-base/phonon-kde instead

media-sound/lastfm-desktop depends on dev-qt/qtphonon:4, but if you have KDE installed, this package has been blocked by media-libs/phonon.

AFAIK, both packages provide the same functionality, so only one of them is needed. Actually, I'm right now using media-sound/lastfm-desktop against media-libs/phonon instead of dev-qt/qtphonon with no incidences.

I think that this dependency should be fixed to depend one of dev-qt/qtphonon:4 or kde-base/phonon-kde:4.
