flask-restless-0.11.0-r1.ebuild.patch

Due to a misplaced 'fi', the docs are built unconditionally. This is a problem, as a) no deps are pulled in and b) as the ebuild itself states: flask-restless has to be installed to build the docs :)

This seems to have been fixed.
