good point. no idea why/who added that.
although I'm not sure it is a problem as such. or is there some glep/guideline/.. to not do this?

I'm unaware of any policy against creating directories in FILESDIR.

I suspect pacho added the directory to disambiguate the tmpfiles config from the other similarly named *.conf files in FILESDIR.

Since I am not aware of any policy against this leaving it like this. should there be a policy i am not aware of please re-open it
