Created attachment 359608 [details] Info about my local LyX installation Problem: If app-office/lyx-2.0.6 is installed with active USE latex,the document configuration using no TeX typographies (via XeTeX/LuaTeX) won't work because the package dev-texlive/texlive-luatex cannot be installed (in texlive installations of TeX). Solution: install dev-texlive/texlive-luatex and everything will work

We used to have luatex flag and then we removed it since it interfered with texlive flags. If you want to use luatex you should set luatex flag for texlive. To me this is WONTFIX.
