Please bump app-text/po4a to version 0.45. This fixed the following problem for me which happens during the build of schroot.

'tempfile' can't be called as a method at /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.16.3/Locale/Po4a/Po.pm line 539.

This is a known problem [1], [2].
