what is the version number for the mod_auth_external?

it's 2.1.18,sorry for the miss.
also apache 2 has the 2.2.7 version which is out.
it require to adapt the patch, and maybe some changes in the ebuild. I'll check this tomorow, exept if the maintener wants to do it.

Ebuild for mod_layout-3.2.1 ( apache 1.x ).

this is the ebuild for mod_layout 3.2.1 ,it works with apache 1.x.
the exemple config file is different from 4.x serie.so I'll provide one taken
from the README file.

Patch for mod_lisp version bump ( 2.32->2.33 ).

This patch is for version bump, it also add pkg_config and pkg_postinst
function for apache setup.
also a sample config file will be attached.some other minors changes have been
made.
