A newer version of Lugaru HD was released on Humble Indie Bundle not too long ago.  The only version info in the file name is the date, 08042013, but digging through the included files it seems to be 1.0d, so I've named it as such for the ebuild.

I can't find any discussion of this release, and the only real change I see is that it's using SDL 2 now.  I've adjusted the dependencies as such, but since it doesn't appear to be possible to install a 32-bit version of libsdl2 under amd64 at this time (though please correct me if I'm wrong), I left the embedded library included for amd64 users.  This should also address the dependency issue raised in bug 349162.

Added lugaru-20151204.ebuild instead which builds from source.
