bash-2.05b# emerge -p tk

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating dependencies \
emerge: there are no masked or unmasked ebuilds to satisfy "=dev-lang/tcl-8.4.5*".

!!! Error calculating dependencies. Please correct.

In the changelog for tcl, stable ebuilds have been removed, including tcl-8.4.5

emerge: there are no masked or unmasked ebuilds to satisfy "=dev-lang/tcl-8.4.5*".

Expected Results:  
emerge successfully compiles and installs tk-8.4.5 and tcl-8.4.5

This has been fixed already.  resync and things should be better.
