Description Mark Rickard 2002-07-10 21:22:02 UTC
I'm running the latest Gentoo system (as of July 10) on an Athlon XP 1800+. I
have KDE 3 and GNOME 2 installed. GNUCash 1.6.6 crashes with the line
"Segmentation fault". There are no other errors from the command line or in any
of the system logs.

Update:

I don't know if this helps, but I ran GNUCash from gdb. The only thing I get
besides a bunch of "no debugging symbols found" are these lines:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x40087110 in dlerror () from /lib/libdl.so.2

Mark,

Plase try version 1.6.7 of Gnucash, as it may fix the problem you're experiencing.

If the problem persists, please let me know again any details you think that
could be useful. Thanks.
