Please add the iputils package, available from the same source as iproute. It includes important tools like ping6. Thanks!

Added to CVS. I can't get the html docs to compile, so I'm tossing this one back into the pool. (I haven't masked the package, since it does seem functional.)

iputils needs (at least) app-text/docbook-sgml-utils. Please add that to the dependencies.
Just FYI: I've tried to create an ebuild for iputils, but also did not get the docs to work, so I gave that one up for now. I'll rather mess around with some easier packages first. :)
Added dependency; with newest DocBook changes, it should work.
