I've added an Hungarian Gentoo mirror with both the rsync and sources.

Server info:

Server Adress : 195.70.51.199
Server Name   : rsync.infochat.hu

Hardware
        CPU   : P4 Celeron ( 1,7 GHz )
        RAM   : 256 Mbyte

Connectivity
        Local : 100 Mbit/sec
        Int.  : 10 Mbit/sec

User Limit    : 20
Location      : Budapest, Hungary ( BIX )

The mirror looks good, but I believe it should be synching at :20 and :50 after the hour. Your past couple syncs look like they are just :50 after. Fix that and I'd be happy to add you in to the rotation. Thanks!

Mirror looks good, make sure you are synching at :00 and :30 past the hour. I've added you into the rsync.hu.gentoo.org rotation as rsync2.hu.gentoo.org. Thanks for helping out.

0,4,8,12,16,18,20 * * *       /sbin/mirror-gentoo-distfiles.sh
0,30 * * * *                    /sbin/rsync-gentoo-portage.sh

I'm trust my servers clock :)
