Description Markos Chandras (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2013-08-30 20:47:09 UTC
Hi,

The following arches have broken links for their stages in

http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/where.xml

hppa -> http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/hppa/autobuilds/current-stage3/ -> 404

ppc/ppc64 -> http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/ppc/autobuilds/current-stage3/ -> 404

s390 -> http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/s390/autobuilds/current-stage3/ -> 404

sh -> http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/sh/autobuilds/current-stage3/ -> 404

CC'ing releng@ in case it's their problem.

Yeah, this is more or less my fault.

The problem with pointing to current-stage3 is that it only points to the latest variant of the architecture. For example, hppa has hppa1.1 and hppa2.0. It may be possible that hppa1.1 fails to build but 2.0 doesn't, so current-stage3 won't contain 1.1.

Same applies to the other arches.

@docs: please do the same as arm for these arches Markos has mentioned, and don't point to current-stage3.

To be honest I think it would be more appropiate to point to each current-stage3-subarch, but well, the other way is acceptable as well.

Done; should show up on the site in an hour or so.
