There is a bug in the upstream that makes this version unusable for anyone who isn't running IPv6. The ipv6 USE flag makes no difference. https://github.com/traviscross/mtr/issues/19

I tested exclusively with IPv4 and USE=ipv6. Please file a new bug report instead of clogging up this one with unrelated information.
