the terms of the WTFPL, Version 2, as
published by Sam Hocevar. See http://sam.zoy.org/wtfpl/ for more details.
The sound effects are released under their own licences: applause.wav and
pop.wav are covered by the LGPL, the others are covered by the GPL.

========

It doesn't say which LGPL or GPL version. I have sent an email to the author of the program.

The GPL and LGPL themselves say how this case should be handled:
"If the Program does not specify a version number of this License, you may choose any version ever published by the Free Software Foundation."

So it's GPL-1+ and LGPL-2+.
