output of fmtutil-sys --all

sysctl-fmt from texlive-core-2013 requires the config file
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/generic/config/pdftexconfig.tex, which is delivered with texlive-basic-2013. Otherwise font generation fails (see log), rendering tex unusable
