app-accessibility/speech-dispatcher-0.8 requered python-3 without USE="python". This package is used by chromium, but chromium does not need python-3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.USE="-python" emerge speech-dispatcher
2.
3.


Expected Results:  
With USE="-python" speech-dispatcher should not require python-3

Can not create distributive with chroumium and without python-3.

This is now fixed in the tree; thanks for the report and patch.
