Description Amadeusz Żołnowski (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2013-08-24 12:27:13 UTC
When I am pressing for example Mute button, following ACPI event is generated:

Aug 24 14:24:06 freja logger: ACPI event unhandled: button/mute MUTE 00000080 00000000 K

But no event is generated for power button.

Reading comments to similar bug in Ubuntu it looks that it is not necessarily hardware issue, because it used to work.

Reproducible: Always

is this still happening with 2.0.27? In that case I would report to upstream
Comment 3 Amadeusz Żołnowski (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2017-05-28 14:27:16 UTC
In 2.0.28 the event is generated:

ACPI event unhandled: button/power LNXPWRBN:00 00000080 00000002

Thanks!
