request to recursively export install documentation to wiki.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
no install wiki pages besides full handbook.

Expected Results:  
several methods to install

for various technical reasons, the handbook stays on gentoo.org; including our fun inserts and conditionals that make it much easier to keep up-to-date.
