Recently, Betelgeuse and myself (SwifT) were elected to serve as trustees (quantumsummers was re-elected so is probably still fine permission-wise) for the Gentoo Foundation. 

In order to keep the Foundation material current, I would like to request access to the [gentoo]/xml/htdocs/foundation CVS location for both Betelgeuse and myself.

I also added you to the appropriate Wiki user group. During the last term, the trustees had requested the Foundation: namespace to move their web pages to.
