Description Derek White (HL521) 2013-08-20 07:04:02 UTC
After adding rtl8191SE to my kernel, compiling, and installing the modules (and of course booting the new kernel), my wireless card will still not showing it has the drivers installed- I emerged sys-kernel/linux-firmware and it got the card to work. Perhaps append sys-kernel/linux-firmware to the networking section of the guide, or create a dedicated section for wireless in the guide?

..., but you do not have permission to create this page.

Apparently you can't talk there; heh, excuse me, seems we need to use a bug then.
