We're many versions behind the latest, which is 5.1.0.0 -- http://blog.vuze.com/2013/08/14/vuze-5-1/
The problem I've run into for the last few releases is that upstream bundles bcprov and it appears they've backported a bunch of stuff to it from later releases - enough so that there is no released version of bcprov that contains all the needed functions. We need to use system versions of libraries whenever possible but in this case we might not have a choice.
Also 5.1.0.0 won't build with swt-3.7 and won't run with 4.2.
Newest version is now 5.3.0.0 as of a few hours ago.
I have a working ebuild now. Just waiting on swt-3.8.
Fixed.
