Could you please try to attach a build log in English?

Try: LC_MESSAGES=C emerge kde-base/kinfocenter

Do you have these packages installed, and if so, which version?

media-libs/glu
media-libs/mesa
virtual/glu
virtual/opengl
Comment 7 Vitaliy 2013-08-15 17:40:29 UTC
media-libs/glu doesn't installed
media-libs/mesa - 9.1.2-r1

virtual/opengl - 7.0
virtual/glu - 7.0
Comment 8 Michael Palimaka (kensington) gentoo-dev 2013-08-15 17:58:13 UTC
(In reply to Vitaliy from comment #7)
> media-libs/mesa - 9.1.2-r1
> virtual/glu - 7.0

What happens if you emerge -p virtual/glu?

mesa-9.1.2 does not satisfy virtual/glu:

glu-7.0: || ( <media-libs/mesa-9 media-libs/opengl-apple )
glu-9.0: || ( media-libs/glu <media-libs/mesa-9 media-libs/opengl-apple )
Comment 9 Vitaliy 2013-08-15 18:08:02 UTC
emerge -p virtual/glu

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Calculating dependencies... done!
[ebuild  N     ] media-libs/glu-9.0.0  USE="(-multilib) -static-libs"
[ebuild     U  ] virtual/glu-9.0 [7.0]
Comment 10 Michael Palimaka (kensington) gentoo-dev 2013-08-15 18:10:00 UTC
What about emerge -p =virtual/glu-7.0 ?
Comment 11 Vitaliy 2013-08-15 18:15:05 UTC
emerge -p =virtual/glu-7.0

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Calculating dependencies... done!
[ebuild     UD ] x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.33 [2.4.45] VIDEO_CARDS="intel* nouveau* vmware*"
[ebuild     UD ] media-libs/mesa-8.0.4-r1 [9.1.2-r1] USE="-g3dvl% -gles2* -shared-dricore%" VIDEO_CARDS="intel* nouveau* vmware*"
[ebuild   R    ] virtual/glu-7.0

!!! Multiple package instances within a single package slot have been pulled
!!! into the dependency graph, resulting in a slot conflict:

media-libs/mesa:0

  (media-libs/mesa-8.0.4-r1::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) pulled in by
    <media-libs/mesa-9 required by (virtual/glu-7.0::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)

  (media-libs/mesa-9.1.2-r1::gentoo, installed) pulled in by
    >=media-libs/mesa-9.1:0/0=[gles2] required by (www-client/chromium-28.0.1500.36::gentoo, installed)

x11-libs/libdrm:0

  (x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.45::gentoo, installed) pulled in by
    >=x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.42[video_cards_radeon] required by (media-libs/mesa-9.1.2-r1::gentoo, installed)
    (and 2 more with the same problem)

  (x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.33::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) pulled in by
    >=x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.32[video_cards_intel] required by (media-libs/mesa-8.0.4-r1::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)
    >=x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.32[video_cards_nouveau?,video_cards_vmware?] required by (media-libs/mesa-8.0.4-r1::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)
    <x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.34 required by (media-libs/mesa-8.0.4-r1::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)

It may be possible to solve this problem by using package.mask to
prevent one of those packages from being selected. However, it is also
possible that conflicting dependencies exist such that they are
impossible to satisfy simultaneously. If such a conflict exists in
the dependencies of two different packages, then those packages can
not be installed simultaneously. You may want to try a larger value of
the --backtrack option, such as --backtrack=30, in order to see if
that will solve this conflict automatically.

For more information, see MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge man
page or refer to the Gentoo Handbook.
Comment 12 Michael Palimaka (kensington) gentoo-dev 2013-08-15 18:18:43 UTC
Your dependency tree is definitely broken. The easiest way for you to fix this is to upgrade to virtual/glu-9.0, which will pull in media-libs/glu.
