www-apps/redmine-2.2.4 configures with bad permissions logfile

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge redmine
2. set up the database.yml (it doesn't have to be able to connect)
3. emerge --configure redmine
Actual Results:  
/var/log/redmine/production.log is owner by root instead of redmine which generates warning on /etc/init.d/redmine start and service is unable to log

Expected Results:  
owner of the logfile is redmine

Thank you for report. Fixed in redmine-2.4.2.
