Add SUFFIX variables back into ebuild

The bug seems to have been introduced when the ebuild was refactored away from the vim eclass. It still uses the GVIMRC_FILE_SUFFIX and GVIMRC_DESKTOP_SUFFIX variables, but it does not define them.

This patch puts those variable declarations back into the ebuild. Not sure if that's the right solution or not, but I've tested it and it does allow gvim to build again without error.

Just out of curiosity -- what did you do that fixed it? Was adding the variable declarations back the right approach?
