Find attached an ebuild for phpxmlrpc, a PHP implementation of the XML-RPC web RPC protocol. It depends on >=virtual/php-4.0.5.

if you're using a SRC_URI which uses a mirror (sourceforge, gnu, kernel, etc), then you should put a 'RESTRICT="nomirror"' line in the ebuild to force the ebuild to grab the source from the SRC_URI directly rather than using the gentoo mirrors.
