As its description says in upstream: htmlview and launchmail are tools for launching Preferred Applications. This package exists for compatibility reasons and is likely to be removed later when equivalent functionality is implemented elsewhere. You need to migrate to xdg-open and co (from xdg-utils) http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/htmlview.git/tree/dead.package
