The ebuild claims that pmk's license is GPL-2. In reality it happens to be a BSD-style license. Sure you can do all kinds of things with BSD licensed stuff, but re-licensing it under GPL isn't one of them :)

Also, there seems to be some more working arch's listed at http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/pmk/pmk/STATUS?view=markup
Needs ofcourse some testing. As a matter of fact, there is a "make test" target.
