Hi! Phone Manager is a program created with the intention of allowing you to control aspects of your mobile phone from your GNOME 2 desktop. I suggest it to enter net-wireless/gnome-phonemgr Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Created attachment 29393 [details] new ebuild originally from http://dev.gentoo.org/~liquidx/local/liquidx/app-pda/phonemgr/
Created attachment 29394 [details, diff] let it compile with gcc3 from http://dev.gentoo.org/~liquidx/local/liquidx/app-pda/phonemgr/
I realize there is no bluetooth USE flag, but wouldn't this be a good time to create it? See bug #48002.
You may want to read the thread at http://lists.usefulinc.com/pipermail/gnome-bluetooth/2003-October/000153.html where liquidx originally created his ebuild. Edward Catmur has also modified the original ebuild for his needs: http://home.jesus.ox.ac.uk/~ecatmur/gentoo/trees/capella.catmur.co.uk/gnome-extra/phonemgr/phonemgr-0.2.1.ebuild
the reason why this isn't in is because it isn't stable and the developers are going through a re-write of this to make it so. when it becomes stable i'll put it in.
